Students ask teachers to reschedule on their behalf all the time. This makes sense, it's easy, it encourages good communication. Why on earth would you penalize teachers for doing so by having this affect their profile position?? When students can't reschedule on their end because of technical issues with the site, and i can't reschedule on my end due to these penalties, they're forced to deal with the headache of chat support which doesn't understand and can't solve problems. Things like this are driving students away from the platform. Let's use some common sense and integrate policies that will lead to student retention rather than disatisfaction for all involved.
